• Share correct login credentials when needed for service execution.
• Ensure all content provided is legal and does not infringe copyrights.
• Avoid misuse of our services for fraudulent or harmful activities.
• Respond promptly to messages, approvals, and content requests.

4. Payments & Billing

• All payments must be made in advance unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• No refund will be issued once a project has started or ads have been launched.
• Delayed payments may pause or permanently stop ongoing work.
• The client’s advertising budget will be used only for ads and cannot be refunded.
• Charges for third-party tools or platforms (if required) must be paid separately by the client.

5. Project Timelines

All timelines provided are estimated and may vary based on revisions, workload, platform changes, or client response delays. Nexnix media is not responsible for delays caused due to lack of responses from the client.

6. Revisions Policy

• Each service includes a fixed number of revisions based on the selected package.
• Extra revisions or additional work not included in the package will incur additional charges.
• Major changes after final approval will be treated as a new project or add-on service.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Nexnix media is not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, Instagram, hosting companies, domain providers, or payment gateways. Platform updates, policy changes, downtime, or account restrictions are beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

• All creative work, content, designs, and strategies remain the property of Nexnix media until full payment is received.
• Clients may not reproduce, resell, or reuse any concept or design without written permission.
• Source files are provided only if included in the package or purchased separately.

9. Confidentiality

Nexnix media will keep all client information confidential. Clients are also required to keep our internal strategies, documents, and processes confidential and may not share them with competitors or third parties without written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nexnix media is not liable for:

• Loss of sales, revenue, or business opportunities
• Account bans, ad disapprovals, or policy violations by third-party platforms
• Technical errors, platform downtime, or unexpected algorithm changes
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind

11. Termination of Services

Nexnix media reserves the right to terminate services at any time due to late payments, misuse, abusive behavior, unethical activities, or violation of these terms. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
